Whether that be our comprehensive holistic check-in process or the fact that they’ll only be with us for as long as necessary to complete their groom, our primary focus is providing a safe and enjoyable experience for you and your pet.

Holistic Check-In Process

At JLD, we know that your pet’s emotional health is just as important as their physical health. Prior to grooming, our staff will ask a series of questions about your pet’s physical and emotional needs and well-being. They will also complete a hands on physical screening. Our goal is to provide your pet with the best possible experience so we will assess the following to ensure a successful and positive visit.

Self Wash

The ultimate in easy. You make the mess and we clean it up. We’ll provide you with shampoos, conditioners, combs, brushes, towels, and a K9 Dryer. Please call to schedule a self wash time just to ensure that it will be available when you arrive.

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of your pet and the other animals in our grooming salon, we request that your pet be fully vaccinated though we only require proof of rabies vaccinations. While we try to keep everyone separated, if your dog has health and temperament needs we ask that you make our groomers aware of those needs when scheduling your grooming appointment.
